Account Executive – Sweden
Location: Sweden (Remote)
Salary: €110,000 – €125,000 plus commission and benefits

Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the manufacturing sector?
We seek an Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS company that delivers cutting-edge manufacturing intelligence solutions.
In this role, you will work with manufacturers across Sweden, using real-time data insights to help them optimise production, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency.
If you have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within the manufacturing, food and beverage, packaging, or industrial automation sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to drive business growth in a highly innovative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new customers in the manufacturing sector, building a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Prospect and generate leads independently while collaborating with marketing teams to develop sales opportunities
- Conduct needs assessments, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and position the software as a key solution
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiations using a consultative approach (MEDDIC framework preferred)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring successful implementation and expansion of solutions
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance customer experience and sales strategy
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector
- Experience selling to shop floor and production teams, with an understanding of their challenges and operational needs
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with strong commercial acumen
- Consultative sales skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and sales activities effectively
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales methodologies such as SPIN or MEDDIC
