As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the existing maintenance team that covers multiple facilities across this manufacturing organisation. Currently this team is split across a two shift pattern but this will increase as a second processing facility is introduced into the buildings portfolio. There is currently a 2.5 hour scheduled maintenance period between shifts where both mechanical and electrical maintenance is conducted on both fully automated and semi automated machinery.
You will report into the Director of Engineering and hold significant manufacturing based PLC experience and will be responsible for training maintenance teams and production operatives on safe usage of all machinery within the processing facilities.
