As a Customer Engagement Manager, You Will:

  • Implement engaging email and nurturing programs, collaborating with the Marketing team.
  • Cultivate trusted customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, swift quote responses, and reliable execution.
  • Manage transactional opportunities within the sales funnel on Salesforce for precise order booking forecasts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in sales, customer support, or business development.
  • Proven ability to captivate customers with a compelling value proposition.
  • Ambitious and resourceful, adept at overcoming obstacles in pursuit of new customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated track record of nurturing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Outcome-driven mindset with a commitment to positive results.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and business transactions.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational prowess.
  • Prior sales experience in aircraft GSE and/or tooling and related services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually for customer interactions and industry events.
