Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + Comprehensive Benefits + Company Bonuses

- Expertise: Bring your bachelor's degree or equivalent experience to the table, backed by 5+ years of professional experience in tooling/support equipment, aviation maintenance, or aviation field service.
- Innovation: Your experience in tooling and equipment design, manufacturing, or production will be crucial to driving forward our innovation initiatives.
- Leadership: Showcase your project/program management acumen and communicate effectively to foster successful collaboration.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems will be a cornerstone of your daily activities.
- Detail-Oriented: Your self-motivation and impeccable attention to detail will ensure accuracy in every task.
- Analytical Aptitude: You can read and interpret tool drawings and aviation manuals with ease.
- Mechanical Mastery: Your skill in mechanical evaluations and repairs of various equipment will be an asset.
