Regional Sales Director (APAC)

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 plus commission
We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Director based in Thailand with a strong background in tech SaaS sales.
This is a lucrative opportunity to play a key role in the growth of an innovative manufacturing software company across the APAC region.
As a natural hunter, you’ll identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout APAC, including Australia and New Zealand.
Your ability to build strong relationships will enable you to nurture existing customers, and your excellent communication skills will help you sell the exciting benefits of this company's software solutions to new clients.
APAC is key to the growth mission of this organization. Your knowledge of the region will enable you to help manufacturing companies across APAC achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- A strong background in selling manufacturing software solutions, particularly in the field of production optimization or OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- A demonstrable track record of success in solution-oriented selling to industrial clients within APAC (CPG, FMCG, or Beverages).
- You'll know the inside of a manufacturing facility, ideally a fast-paced bottling or canning facility.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and results-focused with a drive to exceed sales goals.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
- Full proficiency in the English language.
