About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Director of Sales to drive growth in the Polish and Lithuanian markets.
This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to build a market strategy from the ground up, establish new distributor and dealer relationships, and manage key accounts with some of the world’s leading QSR chains and retail brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business with distributors, dealers, and end-users
- Manage major QSR and retail accounts, including KFC, Burger King, and other leading brands
- Expand the distributor and dealer network to increase market reach
- Drive sales growth (20% year-on-year target) and improve market penetration
- Work closely with international sales, marketing, and product teams
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in commercial catering equipment
- Strong QSR and foodservice industry connections
- Experience managing distributors and dealer networks
- Ability to negotiate, strategise, and develop new business
- A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, high-impact role
- Fluent Polish and English, with the ability to travel extensively
