A leading global manufacturer of commercial kitchen and food service equipment is expanding its presence in Switzerland.
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth through dealer networks and key account management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers and distributors across Switzerland
- Grow key accounts, including major industry players
- Expand sales into hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other institutional kitchens
- Organise and participate in dealer and customer events at the Munich showroom
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners to increase market reach
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience (ideally two or more years) in commercial catering equipment or foodservice solutions
- Fluent in English and German (French or Italian an advantage)
- Strong dealer and distributor management experience, with a focus on long-term relationship building
- A consultative sales approach, with the ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- An understanding of professional kitchens and the foodservice industry
